On December 27, BHS held a wide-width corrugated line launch conference in Tianjin, officially launching the Q350 wide-width version | 3350mm and 3150mm width corrugated lines. The event attracted the participation of many customers and industry experts and received wide acclaim. Mr. Zhang Yaoquan, Executive Deputy Director and Secretary General of the Paper Committee of China Packaging Federation, attended and delivered a speech. First of all, he affirmed the achievements made by BHS in the Chinese market over the past 20 years, and also put forward the development requirements for BHS as a leader in new quality productivity. In his subsequent speech, Mr. Wu Xiaohui, CEO of BHS China, thanked Chairman Zhang for his ardent expectations for BHS, and emphasized: "Looking to the future, sustainable development is what BHS has been doing."

In BHS's view, it means "width + X". The so-called "X" refers to high-quality paperboard, intelligent control, agile order processing, and low-energy production. This is a value extension based on "width", and it is also the design concept and product pursuit of BHS's ultra-wide corrugated line series. It is also an important path to achieve "the wider, the better" with users.

Since the signing of the contract for the BHS Q350 series 3.35-meter tile line, the progress of this ultra-wide tile line has continued to attract the attention of the industry. After all, this is the 21st ultra-wide tile line of BHS in the world and the first in Asia. Its design concept, technical highlights and actual operation performance are all very exciting.

Looking at the paperboard industry from the beginning of the 21st century to the present, it took nearly 20 years for the width of the corrugated line to increase from 1.6 meters to 2.8 meters, and it took only a few years to jump from 2.8 meters to 3.1 meters and 3.35 meters. There is no doubt that the demand from the market has promoted the change in the width of the corrugated line, shortened the gap with the corrugated industry in developed countries in Europe and the United States, and enriched the connotation of domestic corrugated lines.

Large width and high production capacity are only the basic attributes of the super-wide corrugated line, not all of it. The super-wide corrugated line should achieve "X" on the basis of "width" - expanding more possibilities for cardboard production, allowing users to operate with more "relaxation", participate in new competitive formats with a "broader" vision, and ultimately get a "broader" return on huge investments.

The most important point of "X" must be high-quality paperboard. To produce high-quality paperboard, it is necessary to have innovative designs and close cooperation of the wet and dry parts of the corrugator line.

In the wet section, the BHS Rouyun series belt-type negative pressure internal suction single-facer machine CF-B is equipped with star-net steel belt technology, which makes the indentation of low-weight cardboard lighter and can improve the edge pressure index by 10%-15%. At the same time, the company has advanced corrugated roller tooth grinders with a processing accuracy of 0.005mm. The application of corrugated roller linear pressure automatic control technology enables the paper head to automatically pressurize the corrugated roller to prevent pit jumping.

In terms of the machine, the slitting machine of this 3.35m tile line of BHS adopts the slitting knife design, which fully ensures the uniformity of the surface paper cutting, and the printed surface is free of burrs and oil stains. The equipped tungsten carbide creasing wheel is more wear-resistant, ensuring the continuous accuracy of the creasing depth of ±0.1mm and the positioning accuracy of ±0.5mm. The HQ tungsten carbide measuring roller has higher cutting length accuracy and longer service life.

The advent of the ultra-wide corrugator line era is tantamount to a huge technological revolution.

The BHS 3.35-meter corrugator line and related supporting equipment have been put into production, proving that the paperboard manufacturing company and the corrugator line brand are perfectly matched.
